If a person harassing, harming, or intimidating another is a "bully," what is the person being bullied called? I'm looking for the term to characterize a person or group of people who are victims of hatred.

Namely, 3rd party content usually has a link back to the source on every page "Powered by..."

Conventional SEO wisdom says this wouldn't rank as well as the same content without those links on every page. Because those links serve to support the third party domain. I need proof (a blog post or article please).

Have you ever been on a beach with hundreds of conch shells, cool spirals from crabs, and great clam and mussel shells? I haven't

So I'm curious where all the shells you find in beach town tourist shops come from. They have them by the thousands; you can pull out hand fulls from buckets.

Is there a private market somewhere that know one is privy to but beaches? A mob racket supporting a black market in shells? Are they farmed like pearls?

Think about it, it doesn't make any sense. Think of any other product you can buy by way of nature - wood, stone, food, animals, gases, coconuts, flowers, even food from shell based sea life seems attainable if farmed or even trawled off ocean floors. From where do the millions of tiny souvenir shells come?

Every time I open Yahoo! Mail, I get 5 spam instant messages. Every time. Exactly the same number as though that's the limit Yahoo Mail can show so it just fills up the limit with spam.

How do I disable this? Either turning off Messenger if that's where they are coming from or limiting messages to those from friends.

We're obviously sending traffic to both variations of the URL but the page is the same. Is there a way to set Analytics to recognize that they are the same and not distinct? Aggregating the underlying data

I have one 529 education plan and 3 kids. I'm very confused about how I manage the amount saved for each. There are "beneficiaries" and a "successor owner". What's the difference? Are the kids beneficiaries and my spouse the successor?

Should instead have an account for each child (which seems like more complexity than is necessary)?

It is easy to white label or launch a hosted directory of local businesses; there are countless providers who can even segment the directory to a specific locality or category (i.e. restaurants, plumbers)

How though would I go about getting a hosted directory of a specific niche within those categories? Say I want a directory of Italian restaurants or barbers but not hair salons. How would you get one?

We have a new, un-sanded, fence. The wood is rough and unstained.

The house was just painted and the painters did a beautiful job, spilling paint on the fence.

How do I remove it? Can't sand it off as that will be obvious. I assume turpentine or thinner will ruin or stain the unfinished wood and also look obvious.

I need to transfer some videos (not movies but home videos) to some people so they can edit the files. USB drive or something would work but I can't believe their isn't a better/easier way to do it online. Is there a website to which the files can be uploaded/downloaded?
