What do you call the person on the receiving end of bullying?

If a person harassing, harming, or intimidating another is a "bully," what is the person being bullied called? I'm looking for the term to characterize a person or group of people who are victims of hatred.

Update:

Edited to address the first couple answers

Target doesn't appropriately characterize such people as it can mean so many different things while not referring to bullying at all. Don't just think of an individual the victim of bullying, what about a group of people, a culture, or a country, that is victimized by hate. What word could be said that captures what's happened to them and identifies them as such?

Update 2:

A bully defines someone; you don't refer to a child as a target as you might refer to one as a bully.
