Did anyone else notice this about Kofi Kingston on Smackdown tonight?

Yeah, they did that on Monday Night RAW, too. I'm not sure why they suddenly started billing him from Ghana. Ghana IS Kofi's real hometown and all, but with the Jamaican gimmick it's a little odd for them to be billing him from Ghana.

Maybe Kofi just wanted to recognize his heritage. He didn't really have any Creative say before because he was new, but now that he's an established Superstar, he can tell Vince a little bit more about what he wants, and I guess he wanted to be billed from his real country.

Yeah, that is where he is really from. So I don't know if they are dropping the Jamaican gimmick or if they somehow made a mistake. I don't think it could be a mistake. On live tv a mistake like that could happen. On a taped show if they make a mistake like that, they just tape that part over again. It is hard to believe that no one would have caught that mistake.
