Wrist Pain, Have to crack wrist resulting in loud pop. Bilaterally.?

Every few hours I have to push down on the back of my hand in towards my inside forearm to crack it in order to relieve pain. This action results in a very loud pop, which you can physically feel. This happens in both wrists.

Some things the docs said I have is carpal tunnel in both wrists, tendonitis, arthritis, ehler danlos syndrome. Would any of these things be causing it? Many of my joints have pain which is pretty weird considering I'm 25.

Any information would help. Even just had to do it again, so thats how often I do it. The pain keeps getting worse until I pop my wrists and it goes away for a few, before coming back requiring me to do it again.

Do you type on the computer a lot? This may seem like an unlikely cause but positioning your hands in unnatural positions for long periods of time can result in serious hand discomfort. I would try out some ergonomic products to see if things subside before you go investing in something really expensive. http://www.laptopdesk.net/ carries some cool laptop desks. I bought one for my mom not too long ago and she stopped complaining of her hand pain not much long after.

Tennis elbow dude. BUT it is in your wrist...I would go see a docter. Also anouther smart thing to do would be to learn the correct way to swing and all that good stuff. It is important, you could really hurt yourself.

I also have this problem, but I have to do it at least every 30 minutes! And I'm only 16...
