How does diversity shape the American culture?

Diversity is shaping America because it's slowly separating the people into different regions,i.e the West will be Mexican, the South will be white Conservative Christian, and the North East will be feminist, academic, and gay-atheist. Over time, the North Easters will die out because they don't have enough children and the Mexicans and Anglo's will race to control the North East. So, a policy of diversity effectively divides a given society and creates all sorts of problems at the political level.
