Okay. I have one thing to say.
Walk at least 45 minutes in one direction and then come back, eat EXTREMELY healthy, and in the morning you'll loose a pound! Do this 3 days a week and add on an extra 5 minutes each time. It's hard, but no body ever said that losing weight was easy! It does work, because I'm 5 foot 2 and I weigh 105 and my stomach is flat!

okay one pound conatins 3500 cals so if you want to lose a pound a week burn 500 cals a day, and make sure you know what ur BMR( amount of cals you burn naturally in a day) because you dont want to under eat, that'll just make you gain more weight in the long run, and maybe you should raise your goal weight by a few pounds.

You need at least 1800 calories a day, otherwise your body will go into starvation mode and will conserve all of your fat, thus resulting in NOT losing weight
otherwise, good plan, but be sure to incorporate carbs

Everything you've stated is good. Remember though, when working out, run, run, run! fast walking works too. as does jogging. But...you should start out with a warm up mile. then do workouts such as ab workouts, arms, legs, whatever you want. then after that, you should run again.

avoid eating while rading listening songs and watching tv at your home or keep by kepping your hands busy
