If a black person disagrees with another black person, is he racist?

Actually it's the Obama and his administration, Democrats in Congress, and the main stream media who keeps bring up the racist card to those of us who disagree with their agenda.

A black person disagreeing with another black person is never racist, but if a white person disagree with a black person, to the blacks it is racist, and when a black disagree with a white person it is sometimes called racist. Disagreeing with another culture should not be seen as being a racist, however, it seems that lately, the race card is often brought out when a white person disagree with a black person.

Anyone can be racist against anyone if they can say "I hate that person because of the color of their skin (white, black, yellow or green)"

Disagreeing with anyone is not racist. Disagreeing with someone strictly because of a prejudice against their race (spoken OR hidden) is racist.

It is very easy for anyone to say "Oh I disagree with that person because of their idea or position" but it is MUCH harder to know when the person that disagrees is doing it because of an unspoken racial hatred. We have only words to go by, and as the conservatives say so often...you can't just trust someone without proof. People lie.
