Recipe for Stuffed Shells with Ricotta and Ground Beef?

I owe a friend a thank you, and to thank them, I want to make them stuffed shells that include both ricotta cheese and ground beef. Does anyone have a really good recipe that I could use?

I make these but with Italian Sausage, ground beef should work if you season it up!

1lb ground beef or Italian Sausage

    1 container Ricotta Cheese (large)

    1 block cream cheese

    4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cans diced tomatoes (I use garlic and olive oil)

    1 can tomato sauce

    1 box shells

    Olive Oil

    -Brown and drain ground beef

-Mix with Ricotta, Cream Cheese and half of the Mozzarella (2cups) in a large bowl

    - In blender put the tomatoes and sauce and blend

    - Boil, drain and rinse the noodles

-In large glass baking dish, coat the bottom with Olive Oil

-Pour half of tomato mixture in bottom of dish

-Stuff the shells with meat and cheese mixture

-Pour rest of tomato mixture over top, then sprinkle rest of Mozzarella over top

-Bake at 350 for 30 minutes to melt cheeses

This is my husband's favorite dish from his mom, I have to make this at least once a month! I thought it was complicated at first but now it's easy! Good luck, hope you try it...

    ITALIAN STUFFED SHELLS

1 box jumbo shells (27 in a box)

1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage (replace with ground beef)

    2 pkgs. chopped spinach

    2 eggs

    1 lb. ricotta cheese

    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

    1 tsp. onion salt

    1/4-1/2 tsp. garlic powder

    1/8 tsp. nutmeg

    2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Boil shells in water until tender, but not completely done. Fry and crumble sausage in pan. Drain and set aside. Thaw spinach and press between paper towels to remove excess water. Place spinach in a colander. In a large bowl add cheeses, nutmeg, garlic and onion salt. Beat the two eggs until frothy and pour into the cheese mixture. Mix well. Stir in the spinach. Stuff the cheese and spinach mixture into the shells.

    SAUCE:

    1/4 c. chopped onion

    1/2 clove garlic

    3 tbsp. butter

1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes

    1/2 c. tomato sauce

    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

    1/2 tsp. salt

    Pepper to taste

    1 bay leaf

    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Crumbled, cooked sausage

Let this mixture simmer for 20 minutes. Stir sauce and pour over the stuffed shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aUBje

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

    Quick and easy:

    Ricotta cheese

    Ground beef

    Spaghetti Sauce

Mix together and stuff in shells. Pour leftover spaghetti sauce on top, add mozzarella and/or parmasean cheese. Bake in over. Service with garlic break and a garden salad.
