My PC won't boot properly?
Alright, so whenever I boot up my computer I get one of two blue screen of death messages:
The first one is:
IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
The second one is
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA
Safe mode doesn't work either
I have Windows XP Home Edition, Service Pack 3
I have a backup of of Windows XP Professional Edition that I might be able to boot the PC with.
Also, as a note, my PC was complaining about a lack of Virtual Memory before crashing and refusing to reboot.
So what am I suppose to do?

It seems like your page file (virtual memory) on disk crashed of either intense operation or excessive data fragmentation. As you end with BSOD, while booting press F8 to enter windows boot selections menu, then select number that says use last good configuration, also try safe mode from list if it doesn't work and try to delete page file(pagefile.sys) from other xp for automatic regeneration. You may check some relevant links below though.

Depending on the arguments supplied AFTER the IRQ message, this error denotes a problem with the drivers in your hardware (the 0x### argument tells us which type of driver is the problem). The PAGE_FAULT error tells us that your paging file (which is the section of hard drive your computer uses in place of RAM) over-wrote data in an area that wasn't Paging File space (meaning it wrote over data that was needed and not the paging file). Both of these caused your problem. You can try using the 'fixboot' and 'fixmbr' commands in the repairs console when you boot up your OS disc. Then try safemode again and reinstall your drivers.

-First check your RAM with Memtest86+
-Then check your hard drive for errors using software from the manufacturer (Seatools, WD Data Lifeguard, ect.)
-If no errors were found above, perform a repair installation of Windows. A repair installation will preserve all your personal files.
