I've never read Wuthering Heights but heard it was good =)

Other than that though I read A Tale of Two Cities and realllly enjoyed it. You have to get used to the way of writing but it doesn't take long before you really get into it =)

Wuthering Heights is a gothic novel, so it has some horror elements. Plenty of romantic drama and angst though too.
