The best thing to do is avoid damage. The pieces of hair that are fried now, there is no helping them. all you can do is cut them off. However next time you bleach your hair deep condition the night before. It's usally called deep conditioning treatment by treseme thats a good one. It's in a big white pot and it's for dry and brittle hair. The night before you bleach your hair shampoo your hair then towel dry it and smear the deep conditioner all over your hair and leave it on over night. in the morning wash it off and this will help from the hair being damaged from bleaching. Also when you straighten your hair because you have bleached hair use a heat protection, I use V05 heat protection and thats great and doesnt leave hair greasy. Instead of using herbal essences, try treseme moisutre it is a lil bit dearer but it does the job (: Good Luck (:

It burns your hair and kills the shine. Your hair gets poofy then. It additionally stops your hair from growing to be, and makes it incredibly dry. you does no longer want to place alot of hair products now might you. Your hair will additionally scent like sweat and ash. The hair iron could have dirt on it and scent undesirable besides. it could fall off once you're getting showered so do no longer straighten it out lots

The next time you bleach it, bleach the roots only.

    trim it once a month

    get a conditioning/repair treatment.
