Is it safe to use Lysol on an electric guitar?

I spilt some juice on my electric guitar and I thought that had wiped most of it off but as it turns out I missed some in tight spaces on the body and in places along the fretboard and now it hardened up and is all sticky. I know that Lysol would get that stickiness out but would it ruin the finish on the guitar or would it affect the strings, electronics or anything else with the guitar?

Update:

The guitar is fine and was fine after I spilt the juice on it; it still plays like it did before but it's just that stuff like stickiness on the guitar really gets at me.

NO!!! do not use that on your guitar!!!

honestly just get a damp cloth or towel and wipe down all the sticky areas until they're smooth again.

if you need to CLEAN your guitar, they sell cleaners at guitar shops that wont ruin your finish or warp the fretboard.
