    yes but it depends on how high ur income is.

    Yes they do try to be within a certain percentage, but that percentage will vary WIDELY according to industry. A place like a law firm is probably 80-90% salaries as where a major manufacturer might be about 25% or less. It REALLY depends on what type of business you are engaged in.
