how do you work your lower chest?
i have been working out for a long time now and when i flex my chest the bottom part of my chest is weaker than my upper. if you know any exercises it would help me out a lot.

There's always that declined press bench, where you do bench presses, only your head is lower than your body. Only way to imitate this that I know of is declined pushups. Lean on the side of the bed with your feet on the floor and do them. When I worked out the TOP of my chest was stronger so a fitness trainer told me to stop doing those exercises as much.
