One thing it could be is that she could have baggage from past relationships showing up in her dreams as fears that you would leave her "like the others did", even though you have shown no signs of having any interest in doing so, it could be a reflection of fears from past experiences. Another thing that could be going on, is if your relationship is going very well in your waking life, sometimes people have a hard time believing that something could actually go well in their lives, and that something good going on couldn't possibly last, that something has to happen to ruin it eventually.
