how do i tell the parents?
I am 18. I will be 19 next month and my best friend offered for me to move in with her. The plan is that I move in there in November and then my boyfriend will move in in January. We will all split the bills... But the hard part is that I have to figure out how to tell my parents without hurting them... how should i do it?

Since you are old enough legally your parents cant do anything to stop that so in a way thats good. Tell them straight up. Make it at dinner or something abd bring it up slowly if you think it will hurt them. Tell them its a step tomaking you even more responsible

"Mom and dad, I have been thinking. Since I am now almost 19, I would like to get a place with my friend and try living away from home. I really do appreciate all that you have done for me, but I am maturing now, and I think I need to learn some responsibility. I would appreciate it if you both would be supportive." If they make a case for you staying at home. Tell them that you are grateful that they are such good parents, but you really feel the need to at least try it out on your own.
Don't yell or scream. Act mature and stay focused on what you want to do. Don't let them talk you out of it, unless they have a really good reason for you not leaving.

Just pack your things up when they're not at home and leave. No awkward "goodbyes" or tears or any of that pansy crap. Just straight up BOUNCE.
