How much does it cost the government (us) to run a typical radio ad?

it seems the broker we get, the more ads we hear telling us to eat right, finish school, wash our hands, etc

No clue what you're talking about and what radio ads have to do with government, unless they are campaigning. If so, they have sponsors who help them pay for that stuff, it's not the taxpayers.
