How do I explain this color to my hair stylist?

How do I tell my hairdresser that I want my color like this? I've said caramel before but that came out redder.

    i would say taht you should print out that picture and show your hairdresser!

    I tried to tell my hairdresser these kind of things before and i will tell you it doesn't work!

    just give her a picture :)
