Fish water is good for plants. Even if you added a chlorine remover to it. I've done it and the plants love it!

Yes, it is a mild fertilizer.
It is possible to use water from high density fish farms to grow crops. This is called aquaponics, and the fish provide 100% of the plant nutrients and the plants clean the waste from the water.
Aquaponics stocks fish in high density. Your goldfish water is probably not concentrated enough to provide 100% of the fertilizer your plants need.

yea i dont see why not ... its should be safe unless you put chemicals to keep the water clean... and the fish food is not chemicals just in case you would ask yourself ....
