    to watch it, try atdhe.net. Its not always the best quality, but it works.

    To listen, try freebaseballradio.com.

    To simply follow it, go to http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/gameday/index.jsp?gid=2009_... That will have all the stats info. You can do a "gameday mini" too, which is helpful when your trying to work.
