wow so weird....call the hosp or courthouse...the hospital shouldnt have done that...why didnt your mom take care of this long ago???

You don't have a first name? Do you go by your middle name or what? I think you should contact the hospital you were born in or maybe call the courthouse.

She probable didn't name you till after you left the hospital!
Or It was a printing error?
If not, then thats really weird!
