Unwanted thoughts/urges?
I have OCD, and have had a hard time controlling my thoughts since being taken off of lexapro, my antidepressant. These thoughts include killing or harming others, burning things, leaving my boyfriend for no particular reason, or hurting myself. It doesn't feel like i "want" to do these things, but that I absolutely NEED to do them. Thankfully, I haven't acted on them... yet. So help, before I do ;)

request that you're put back on your medicine if you were able to suppress these thoughts while you were on it.
I wish you the best of luck

hello! your thoughts are indeed disturbing. You said you have an OCD. You are under depression. Antidepressant can help, i agree, but it can have very harmful side effects. I suggest that you relax your mind. Doing this by meditation, yoga etc. can be benificial. Doing these can significantly improve your mental as well as your physical state. You will be happy, i promise. Be happy with your boyfriend, and just follow what i said.
You may also need to consult a psycastrist if necessary!
Best wishes for a great life!!!
