Unable to connect MyTouch phone to home wi-fi.?
Does anyone know why I can't connect my phone to my home router? I know how to use the wi-fi function on my phone, I have used it to connect to public hot spots and I know my router is working because all my other wireless devices connect to it just fine. I don't see any reason why the phone should not connect to the router. Any help?

Do you see the name of the network appear at all? Turn off the wifi fucntion and restart phone. Turn ON the wifi function and restart phone again. Then try connecting.
Don't forget that if you have the data plan, you can call up T-mobile's tech support and ask them.
If nobody can resolve your issue, you may want to return the phone.
If its' less than 2 weeks, do a buyer's remorse and then repurchase.
It is more than 2 weeks that you've had the phone, then insist they send you another one under it's warranty. (they say refurbished are sent out to replace yours, but they look new to me)
