Sony Walkman MP3 Player?

I bought the 8gb Sony Walkman mp3 player and it was working fine.

Then out of the blue, it froze. I reset it and all my music is still in there but when I try to sync new music in there, it won't let me. I have no idea what to do..?

Update:

I used Windows Media Player to sync music in it.

Are you sure your memory isn't full? If you have reset your player then all the music would have been lost, so I'm not sure you've actually successfully done that. You need to look on the installation/operation disc on page 79 about reformatting the player. You will lose all your music but you can transfer it back on there from Windows Media Player. I think you may have tried to reset it by putting a pin in the reset hole and holding it down. This doesn't always work. Reformat it by following instructions and see if that helps. Alternatively, contact Sony by checking their details on the website.

You could try calling Sony and telling them about the problem. If that doesn't work you could send a letter to Sony saying how dissatisfied your are.
