Why and how did Stefano get in the hospital?

kate and stefano were out to eat.

stefano was having tons of crap he shouldn't have and had a heart attack.

daniel helped get his pulse back and the ambulance took him to the hospital.

no EJ doesn't know yet. nicole has been trying to tell him the whole truth but now he won't even let her finish.

Stefano is his own worst enemy as he refuses to watch his diet. When he married Kate he was drinking and eating everything in sight and of course Kate wasn't going to stop him. Kate is playing dangerous, telling EJ in hospital that if she becomes a widow she gets controlling interest in Dimera business. I bet EJ will try to fix that when Stefano recoups. What was he thinking, knowing her past? No, it seems they are going to draw out EJ finding out the truth of Sydney's mother. I hate to see him kick the baby out with Nicole.

NO but it was a heart attack related to his diabetes. Everyone thinks Kate is going to try to "off the Phoenix" LOL
