how long after ovulation and intercourse should I go in for a pregnancy test?

My husband and I can't get pregnant naturally, because I have PCOS ( polycystic ovarian syndrom) I don't ovulate on my own. Now I am on meds, and i just ovulated, and we did our thing. Now I am wondering when I need to go in for the pregnancy test. I am scheduled for a meeting with my doctor on the 14th. Is this enough time between 2 days ago and then to have a positive test or do I need to wait longer. Please help. Thanks

    you are about the same as me...as far as when i can test to see if my husband and i are pregnant. our fertile days were the 4th 5th and 6th and now i have to wait 10-15 days before i can even test. hope this helps

    If they took a blood test, they could probably tell if you're pregnant.

    wen u dont get ur period on its normal date obviously??
