Who is good with math?

I took 83 billion and divided it by 50 million and I got an outrageous per year cost per uninsured person...Can you do the math and let me know how wrong I am?

    I got $1,660. That doesn't seem that outrageous.

    83000000000 / 50000000 = 1660

    Or if you want to see it on simpler terms, remove seven 0's from each number, and you're left with

    8300 / 5 = 1660
