CA M24 Sniper rifle--is it worth it?
Ok, so I have the opportunity to buy a CA M24 SOCOM spring sniper rifle with upgraded cylinder, a scope, and a bipod for $150.
Well, i thought this was a good deal, until I read various internet articles about the CA M24 having shoddy internal components.
I just wanted to hear if anyone has any words of wisdom/warning regarding this gun.

Eh Zeus I think that you are more thinking of their electric gun line...this is a spring sniper rifle, a more rare item from their lineup, I guess

Okay I looked up the gun I didn't realize it was that gun (for some reason I thought you said M21). Anyway do not buy that gun as your sniper rifle. Due to the the fact that its not that great of a gun for a sniper and the upgrades out there for it are few and far between.
For a sniper rifle if you want reliability and upgrade potential go with a JG Bar. Even though I'm not to big of a fan of JG their Bar has greatly changed the world of airsoft sniper rifles, rifles that are good for an affordable price.
