Why does my Vista recovery drive keep growing?

I don't understand why it keeps growing, when it's supposed to be an image of all the necessary files to start the PC if it crashes. I have roughly 4.0 GB left of a 9.9GB recovery drive. Is there anything I need to do at this point?

You need to delete old restore points as they take too much space.
