This guy thought Teddy Roosevelt wasn't a republican?
Some guy said "T. Roosevelt, W. Wilson, Carter and Obama, do you see any Republicans there? Only liberal/progressive get the prize."
I wish people who bash obama would at least know that Teddy was a republican when he got his nobel peace prize.

I'm pretty sure he was thinking of FDR.
Another example of why a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
Any man who hates Wilson is OK on my book still.. definitely the Worst, most damaging president in our history. He should have been burned at the stake at birth.

LOL... every time we bring up the fact that Lincoln was a Republican when he freed the slaves, or we point out that the late Sen. Barry Goldwater, R-AZ, widely considered the father of modern conservatism, co-founded the Arizona chapter of the NAACP, we get told that they were Republicans back when it was a different party that stood for different things.
Why can't that be true of Roosevelt here?

The judges were more sane (not liberal socialists) back when Roosevelt was nominated. Whole different crowd now. Their prize means nothing much now.
