I have a PC audio question?

I have two output/headphone jacks on my laptop. I'm wondering if I can separate the left channel and send that through one jack and the right through the other. This is for DJing purposes. The computer came with IDT Audio control panel. Any insight would be great.

both left and right channels are coming in line out / Earphone plug ...so that can be used just make a y connector with 3.5 mm stereo jack at one side going to laptop and other side split the connectivity as per your DJ Ports if it is RCA use them after soldering it.

both left and right come out of each jack. you can buy an adapter at radio shack or somewhere to separate them.
