What are the income limits for TANF eligibility in Pennsylvania?
I'm currently working full time, but I'm still only earning $1200/month. My wife stays home with our 6-week-old son, because the money she could earn would only be $100-200 more than the cost of childcare, and we don't want strangers raising our son anyway.
We currently receive food benefits, but I'd like to know if we'd also be eligible for some cash assistance. What are the income guidelines for TANF and/or General Assistance in PA?

Income guide lines depend on more then just income they also consider family size, utilities you pay, etc. below is a link to an on line application. It will not hurt to at least try to get something. If you already filled out one of these did you check all the boxes on page seven(7) cash assistance, food stamp benefits, medical assistance etc.? If yes you have been considered for cash assistance if no then contact your county office and have them run your application again.
