no if u have a new myspace account it asks you for what u want your personal URL to be. for example: www.myspace.com/JohnDoe
if u have an older myspace account then ur personal URL is a long number. go into your myspace account settings and look for a section that says personal URL i think its near the top (been a while since i used it) change it or copy and paste it back in your profile. if u HAVE made or changed it, u can not change it again.

no, it's takes the user the their homepage, your url will start w/ http://www.myspace.com/
