Should I get a Kindle instead of a DS Lite/DSi?

So I guess you're getting the DS Lite / DSi but the Kindle comes in, so you see if you should change your mind right?

I've the Kindle 2 and it is great. I'll say if you like reading, you'll like the Kindle. I recommend this review from a top reviewer, it outlines quite a lot of benefits for the Kindle and why it is worth:

Just get a feel on which one you'll like more in long term. For me, I'll vote for the Kindle.

It really depends on what you like more, reading or playing games. I've the Kindle 2, so let me give you some of my opinions.

I like to read more after I got the Kindle, and I do think I've myself upgraded a lot after reading more with the Kindle. Yes, you can have more fun and entertainment with the DSi / DS Lite, but for me reading is already a great entertainment and in addition it brings me a lot of knowledge.

So I'll suggest you to read some reviews of the Kindle first. If the benefits of the Kindle can't push you to get it, then just go for the DS Lite / DSi. For me, I remember I read these reviews when I decided to get my Kindle device:

And just in case you don't know, Amazon slashed the price of their Kindle 2 last week, and it is selling $100 cheaper than the price I got mine. I think they push their Xmas sales much earlier to boost sale during the economy recession. So take the chance if you want it.

Well lets narrow it down. Start with DSlite vs. DSi. Well dsi has a camera and is only like 50 dollars more. So I would go with DSi. So now its Kindle vs. DSi. Well I like to read alot and play video games but I read more so that means that the better decision is a Kindle.
