poem help. describe yourself?

it's an I am poem. just do what it tells you to do. describe yourself, except you have to use big words...

I am (two special characteristics)

i wonder (something you're actually curious about)

I hear (an imaginary sound)

I see (an imaginary sight)

I want (an actual desire)

I am (the 1st line of the poem restated)

I pretend (something you pretend to do)

I feel (a feeling about something imaginary)

I touch (an imaginary touch)

I worry (something that really bothers you)

I cry (something that makes you very sad)

I am (that 1st line of the poem repeated)

I understand (something you know is true)

I say (something you believe in)

I dream (something you actually dream about)

I try (something you make an effort to do)

I hope (something you actually hope for)

I am (the 1st line of the poem repeated)

    I am mortally scared.

    i wonder how long my life will last.

    I hear my cancer growing. A ticking clock. A gnawing beetle.

    I see the end.

    I want to live.

    I am mortally scared.

    I pretend I can still plan for a future.

    I feel I may just slide into my past.

    I touch my photographs, my memories.

    I worry I'll be forgotten in a day.

    I cry because I'm scared. I can't be brave.

    I am mortally scared.

    I understand it's a lottery and there are losers.

    I say I don't care too much. I try to lie.

    I dream a cure and wake up gasping.

    I try to sleep again and dream that same dream.

    I hope that when it happens I'll be sleeping.

    There once lived a boy named Peter He worked as a Wal-Mart greeter He kicked a 5 gallon pail And cracked a fungus laden toenail And now he works at a multiplex theater !
