How much weight will I lose if i drank water all day everyday?

im constantly moving around eating maybe 1 big meal and the other small meal i started drink straight water last wednesday and havent drank a drink yet so how much will i lose????

I'm drinking like 4 to 5 or more bottle water daily and thats all

    Most doctors agree that it is important to stay hydrated; however the recommendations seem to keep changing. The current dietary reference intake for water as reported by the USDA is 2.7 liters/day for most adult females (see pg. 610 of the report below). Adding the recommended amount of water to your diet may have the effect of increasing your overall health (thereby reducing body fat), but water should not be viewed as a weight loss tool. Water is a requirement for life.

    That said, it is important to eat healthy meals based on whole foods (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and for many people, lean meats, eggs, and dairy) that are spread out throughout the day. It's important to meet your daily requirements! Make sure you're eating enough of the right stuff.

    Please note that I am not a registered nutritionist; rather I am a regular person who is self-taught. So far, I've lost 130lbs with proper eating habits. But don't take my word for it; have a talk with your doctor or nutritionist. They will be better able to advise you on a proper diet than some chick on the Internet.
