A buyer on ebay says she lives in mexico but wants to know if I can ship the item to her brother in the US?

Check the address on Zillow, and if it looks legit, and pay pal puts the money into your account, its probably ok.

It should be safe is she has positive feedback. She probably doesn't want to pay to ship it to mexico. Just make sure the payment clears before you ship it. I buy and sell on ebay all the time and I've shipped to an address that wasn't on someones paypal acct and never had a problem, I just always waited for the payment to clear.

As long as the payment clears, yes, it is okay to ship the item. However, did you ever ask her why she doesn't have the US Address on her account? She can actually update her shipping address by adding a "Gift Address". It works like you dropship item for her. If she can do that, both of you will be protected by the Seller-Buyer Protection Policy.

Ask a PayPal representative on how to add a Gift Address. You can click their Contact Us link when you are signed in to your PayPal account.

as long as you get your money i dont see a problem and ts covered by paypal incase anything did happen.keep the messages she has sent you aswell just incase
