My husband put a new hard drive in our computer. I added the new computer as an authorized player for my iTunes account, but all the music I have already downloaded is gone! How do I get it back?

My husband and I want to take about $15,000 to pay off debt and renovate our home, which we just purchased last July. Which would be the best option for us, home equity loan or refinance?

I got a Creative Zen V 1GB MP3 player last February, and the screen went out a few months later. I should have returned it, but I couldn't find the box or User's Manual. I got an iPod for Christmas, but my husband wants to use my old mp3 player. Can the screen be fixed? Can I return it, or is it far too late for that?

I don't even know if they make this model any more!!

What can I do?

It started after his nap yesterday with watery, snotty eyes. Today he has a runny nose, watery, snotty eyes, and a cough. The stuff coming out of his eyes is green, but it is clear coming out of his nose. Is this some sort of upper respiratory infection? He hasn't been around any sick children or adults! His doctor can't see him until tomorrow... I just want to know what it is, maybe to ease my worry a little!

I got a tea kettle for Christmas (I love coffee but need a break from it, so I am branching off). Problem is, I don't know what tea to buy, where to buy it, or how to brew it properly. Any advice for a beginning tea drinker?

I had a $300 credit card and suddenly my limit is $500 and I didn't request this. Is that normal?

My son will be 2 in two weeks. We just got him a toddler bed because he started to get out of his crib. He already sleeps in a toddler bed when he stays at his grandparents, so I didn't expect any problems. Wrong. For two hours I tried to get him to stay in his bed, and he wouldn't. I finally had to put his mattress back in his crib. What can I do to make the transition to a bed easier? If I stay in there with him, he gets excited and wants to socialize, but if I leave he gets out of bed and opens the door. Have you been through this? Do you have any advice?

They send me a pre-approval. I go online and enter the code. They say "I'm sorry but we can't extend you credit at this time." Why are they sending me all these pre-approval things if I'm not approved?? Grrr!!

I sent in for a credit card offer I got in the mail and then changed my mind. The card came in the mail. If I cut it up and don't activate it, will the account still exist? Do I have to call and cancel it even though I haven't activated it?
