hie, what exercises can i do to lose weight on the front bit of my thighs..?

i've managed to tone down the rest of my body but my calves and the front bit of my thighs wont go away. HELP!!!!

    The best way to lose weight invloves a combination of actions.

    First of all, balancing your calorie intake with your activities.

    Secondly, if you're ok with some muscles, try leg extention exercises at your local gym. Be sure you have an experienced instructor to accompany. Then you could combine this with the static bike.

    If you're quite determined, I think you would get into shape within weeks.

    If you are comfortable with the rest of your body then front of thigh (quadriceps) and calf is just your imagination.They might be as toned as the rest of your body but either you are not being able to see it or are compairing it with some body elses body.

    The best 3 exercises for the legs are squats, lunges, and dead lifts. I think if you start doing a day of legs with these 3 exercises and adding calf raises you should start seeing results.
