App from what my bf said if u shave it and then let it grow back and repeat the process the hair starts to grow back more and faster hence u get more hair.... sounds easy? and his facial hair is bad for a 18yr old lol

Shave. Its as practical as that. The extra you shave the extra hair will develop again. There are particular creme's and creams you'll determine out too however the simplest approach is simply too shave most of the time.
