Gateway NV52 LCD display problem. Help!?
After a few minutes of using the the new NV5215u computer i bought at best buy. The display turns off after 5 - 10 minutes. I've seen many people have had the same problem. Any solution yet?

You have to call Gateway tech support. They will ask you to change back to factory default and update the BIOS. If it is still hppening, they will ask you to ship it to their repair center be be repaired. There is no real fix for that from the user side. I know this because mine has the same problem.
