can you use fish sauce for fisk stock?

    I wouldn't because fish sauce is just anchovies blended with a lot of water, so it's very salty and doesn't give the same result as fish stock. It also has a very strong flavor that wouldn't go very well with a lot of recipes.

    yes - - but sauce is rather thick and has other spices in it.
