I've only been contributing to Yahoo Answers for a few weeks. Am confused about responding back to email.?

If you received an email from Y/A coming from another user , in side the message is a link that says reply to message. you click it & it gives you a box to type your message in & then click the send button located with the page..

Yahoo Answers uses a forwarding system through them for members to communicate , so our email addresses are protected from them getting into the wrong hands. So you will have to use that service until you build a trust with the person & you choose to give them your reg. email address

EDIT: You need to go to your profile here ( click your avatar) click edit Info & in the privacy section click allow other users to contact me via email. then click the preview & OK buttons .. You can not do email through here if you do not allow it to be received*

At the end of the message, there should be a (blue) link: "Reply To This Message". Click it.
