Will USA get a top seed for the WC?

If the seeding criteria is used form the previous WC this would be the current standing:

It's very, very unlikely that U.S. will be seeded for this World Cup. Even as bad as Argentina did in these qualifiers, they will get the 2nd Seed from the Americas, neither U.S. or Mexico will get seeded.

Take the last 3 World Cups into consideration for that and Ranking. The Confederation Cup or Gold Cups don't put that much weight into being seeded.

It would be more likely that a 2nd African National Team will get seeded before anyone from CONCACAF.

Listen we do know that qualifications for the WC in north america is no competition to europe qualifications, so if we were to put the usa in the europe side for qualifications the would not even qualify for the WC in any occasion, meaning that they do not deserve to be seeded 1 in any group they get. My eight would be

Spain, Holland, Brazil, South Africa, The team, Italy, France and maybe England

I honestly really hope so. U.S. has done a great job in the last months. If we get it, then it'll be a great accomplishment for the U.S., but we'll maybe get a tought group.

My 8 would be South Africa, Brazil, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, England, Australia, Argentina, and France if they qualify.

I don't think so and I really don't think we deserve it. We played too unevenly. Mine would be brazil, holland, spain, England, Italy, Germany, Slovakia, south africa

it was close, but now that we tied costa rica at home i dont think it will happen. if we had won that game than maybe.
