4. Chuck Hayes. Only on his freethrows. See chuck hayes freethrows on youtube & you'll know why. His normal shot is fine.

5. Leandro Barbosa. He shoots with two hands. Literally. The two hands push the ball. It's like he's playing volleyball.

Shawn Marion - Good shooter but terrible form.

Chuck Hayes - Quite possibly the ugliest freethrow shot ever.

Joakim Noah - He actually shoots the ball sideways.

Marcus Camby - He pulls his shots behind his head like 6 inches, it's slow and awkward looking.

Kevin Kartin - He pulls it from the hip and shoots, it's just...awkward. Great shooter though.

I don't count Shaq because he doesn't really shoot, he almost always jump hooks it or dunks. As far as his freethrow shot goes, it's really not as ugly as these guys.
