I want to make a solid team to battle online and I could use some advice!

Lucario (mega), Togekiss (Serene Grace), Arcanine, and either Kingdra or Lapras (for water/ice/dragon coverage)

The last two, I'm debating between using:

Shuckle (Toxic, Swagger, etc)

Espeon (mainly for Magic Bounce ability)

-or-

Cofagrigus (Mummy and defensive wall)

Slaking (unleashed, so to speak lol).

What do you guys suggest? Thanks!

I know this is kind of a strange question. I'm want to surprise a friend with a telegram with a poem at Subway, where she works, for Valentine's Day. Could I possibly do that? She's too far away for me to visit and I really don't want her to be alone, so to speak, on the 14th.

I know it may seem a no-brainer to get a manual transmission considering it's a sports coupe. I don't really know how to drive stick but I suppose I can always learn. From listening and reading consumer reviews, I hear that the paddle shifters on the auto make the AT worthwhile but that it still doesn't measure up the manual.

Traffic is one negative I can see w/ a stick and the only real times I can see that being a problem is when I might be trying to find parking in Seattle.

For someone who doesn't have much experience with a stick shift, would it be worth to get, especially for this car? My reasons for getting this car is to have a daily driving car and enjoy driving along twists and turns.

Basically, circumstances and prices aside, I have a choice between my parents' 2010 Acura TSX automatic w/ Tech package and a new/used 2013 or 2014 Scion FR-S manual/auto. I'll mostly be using it as a daily driver and to let me leave my room without having to rely on anyone whenever I want. If it helps, I'm in my early 20s and live in the state of Washington.

The Acura is in great condition and I'm very familiar with driving it but the FR-S is the car I'm very fond of at the moment (great reviews, feel for driving, and affordable for the level of handling and style it possesses). I'm still waiting to do a test drive of the FR-S.

Which car should I get? If you don't mind, tell my why. Thanks!

I think Spurs win in a blowout (after Jazz stay close for first 20 minutes) and the Grizzlies tie it.

I'm getting ready to take on the Alder and elite 4 and my team so far is:

Braviary, Galvantuna, Gliscor, Kingdra, and Charizard. Preferably a Gen 3 pokemon so I can have at least 1 from each generation.

Maybe a Cacturne or Armaldo?

I know you can catch one after beating the elite 4 but I want to get one on my team before challenging the elite 4. I can offer a riolu, eevee, bulbasaur, reshiram, dratini, gible, vulpix (w/ drought ability), archen, shinx, etc, and obviously the easy ones you get in unova.

I finished transitioning my Aussie/heeler puppy (now almost 12 weeks old) from Purina puppy chow to Blue Buffalo Chicken and Brown Rice (for puppies) last week. He was eating all his food until the transition was done... once I gave him just the Blue Buffalo food, he would eat either like half to 3/4 and, the last day, he's been eating about a quarter. He eats a little bit more if I feed him but I just don't think he likes the taste of it as much as the Purina. And, he has been scratching himself a little more than usual, more likely due to his vaccinations a few days ago though.

I bought a 15lb bag of Blue Buffalo but I can return it to buy a different brand; I am looking to get Wellness Super5mix for puppies. Should I try to keep him on Blue Buffalo or try to change him to Wellness or something else?

He's 6 weeks old and a mix between an Australian Shepherd and an Australian Cattle dog. He is a really quiet dog and runs funny when he's chasing me (even trips over himself because he isn't used to the speed yet). Any ideas for a name? Maybe something in another language that means daring or peace lol

I know 6 weeks is far too early to be separated from its mom... we actually just got him today from people who were trying to find a home for them (they were separated from their mom when they were likely 4 weeks old and found by those people); they were going to be placed in the pound so the owners thought to find homes for them instead.

It peed on the floor as soon as we brought it home. After that we fed it puppy chow (dinner) and gave it water. After about 20 minutes, we took it outside an it peed on the grass. We tried to start crate training after that... he was whining, making whimpering sounds, but got quiet after about 10 minutes. He stayed there for another 20-30 minutes but was whimpering again so I took him outside to pee. He didn't this time so I just fed him some treats and let him back into the crate again. He seemed to fall asleep instantly but started making noise after 20 minutes. I was trying to fall asleep myself (planning to let him outside in 2 hours) but I chose to let him sleep outside the kennel instead.

Can I even try to crate train a puppy when its this young? He is in another room from me too. I'm a first-time dog owner so I'm not very experienced. I know you are supposed to ignore the whimpers when they are in the crate but I don't want to force my puppy to do anything he might not be ready for. PLEASE give me some advice!

I've been looking through local ads (classifieds, craigslist, etc) because me and my parents are interested in getting one puppy (we are all first-time dog owners, pet owners for that matter). Based on cost and interest, I found a person selling seven 5-week old Queensland Heeler puppies (also called an Australian Cattle dog, Blue Heeler, and Red Heeler) ~ all have had their first set of shots.

From what I've read, they are smart dogs but require plenty of exercise. Also, although they are technically herding dogs, we want to keep one as a pet. Is this or will it be a little too much to ask of ourselves based on our inexperience? What are your thoughts/experience?

I definitely noticed players giving extra pushes after made baskets through out the game but it seems like it got real testy real quick.

Bonus Q: Do you think the Lakers can catch the Spurs for the #1 seed? They still have one head-to-head match-up left.

Now that the Lakers have clinched their division, does this mean they automatically get the #2 seed even if they finish the season with more losses than the Dallas Mavericks? I'm under the impression that, in that scenario, if the Lakers face the Mavs in the Playoffs, they'd have the #2 seed but not have home-court advantage against the Mavs in that series.

I might be completely mistaken here but is there any truth to this?

Or, does this only apply if the Lakers and Mavs finish tied (b/c regular season head-to-head match-ups usually decide that)? I've heard winning your division gives your team a guaranteed seed in the Playoffs. Does it give more value besides that?

Great game; close to Playoff atmosphere. Lakers better not end up with the #3 seed because they are in for some trouble in the 1st round.

Arroyo, even with that improved jumper, was never going to be a game-changer but he was a good facilitator and a high-IQ player (never tried to do too much but usually did all he could); he was also providing quality minutes. Although I still think Arroyo's skills are better suited for the Celtics, I don't think he should have been he one released for Bibby.

Do you think the Heat would have been better off dropping off one of their other players (i.e. Eddie House, Jamaal Magloire, or even Dexter Pittman)?

Bonus Q: If anything, what do you think the Heat are missing right now?

Past the Heat losing to the Bulls after two missed game-winning attempts, some of the Heat players supposedly crying after the game, and the Lakers blowing out the Spurs early, I was extremely surprised at the Heat post-game interviews when LeBron said he "won't keep failing [the team]."

Maybe its just me but I've watched LeBron a lot and I haven't ever heard him take responsibility for the loss like he did today. This could re-jump-start the Heat's season. Anyways, good for him.
