Should the Heat have waive someone else instead of Arroyo in order to sign Mike Bibby?
Arroyo, even with that improved jumper, was never going to be a game-changer but he was a good facilitator and a high-IQ player (never tried to do too much but usually did all he could); he was also providing quality minutes. Although I still think Arroyo's skills are better suited for the Celtics, I don't think he should have been he one released for Bibby.
Do you think the Heat would have been better off dropping off one of their other players (i.e. Eddie House, Jamaal Magloire, or even Dexter Pittman)?
Bonus Q: If anything, what do you think the Heat are missing right now?

It's the right decision that they picked Carlos Arroyo instead of someone else.If they didn't the Heat will be filled with Point Guard's and only 2 of those will play each and everynight. And releasing a big man will cause issues for the Heat since they lack in that department.Besides Arroyo was out of their rotation like 3 months ago after Chalmers took his starting job and Eddie House made his move and impress Eric Spo by his reliable 3 pointers so Arroyo's minutes went downhill. And adding Mike Bibby is another headache for him so it's the right decision that he was picked to be waive and I bet Arroyo is happy about it.
BQ:A Center...or they just need Haslem back.

No. The Heat would have too many PG's, one of them had to go. Bibby is a veteran, has huge playoff experience and Bibby is smart too. Bibby, if you compare him to Arroyo, is much better. They say how Bibby was an upgrade. And I believe that.
Eddie House is vital, but Spo doesn't use him as often which I don't like. Eddie House is a great player...
Magloire - I wanted his guy to be released, and I got the impression he sucked because he didn't play. Against the Spurs he was EXCELLENT. He kept up with the Heat unlike others (Big Z), got a lot of rebounds, was aggressive and blocks. I like him over Erick Dampier...
Pittman - NOOOOOOOOOOO WAY. Pittman is a monster and hasn't gotten to play fully yet and went to the D-League. He has the potential to be Shaq-like (just 2 inches smaller). He is a big fella in the paint. But we haven't seen much action from him because he went through losing weight and getting better. He then got injured... and we won't know his status. You know how they say Heat need body and a good Center? Pittman is the answer. He'll get rookie of the year in his first full year I kid you not. But he was an all-star in the D-League
Bonus Q : Better plays... honestly, Heat are the most predictable team in the whole league. They still run the same thing over and over again hoping to get the ball in the basket. Right now, a good dominant Center is also missing, we have that piece but can't use it. This is why Heat would be stronger next year...
But Heat have to really use everyone on their bench. I wish James Jones and Eddie House would play. When they did, Heat won more games. Spo's rotation SUCKS. He likes Mike Miller because of his defense. That's all he likes, defense. Does nothing significant offensively, he lets LeBron and Wade to everything as in give them assists.
Oh and we desperately need Haslem. He's more tougher than Bosh, fights for rebounds and is better defensively. I'm glad Bosh decided to be in the paint, but he didn't do that against OKC because he'd get hammered and kept getting stripped with the ball. He said how he won't change the way he is. HE HAS TO BE MORE DAMN AGGRESSIVE... the most aggressive players on the Heat are Wade and LeBron lol. Bosh is just so damn soft..

I think the Heat should have waived Jamaal Magloire instead of Carlos Arroyo since Magloire is pretty much useless and I haven't seen him on the court in years. The Heat will regret this decision come playoff time, I believe the Celtics signed him for some inside information about the Heat.

The Heat are missing bench points right now. James Jones is the best bench player for them, with Udonis Haslem out. Mike Miller has been a disappointment to the Heat this season. Dropping Eddie House wouldn't have been smart. Dropping Jamaal Magloire would've been better, but he does rack up rebounds when Bosh is resting, which you guys need.

Iverson bkuhz permit's say interior the playoffs they play against boston whose gunna shield rondo? Lebron? Wade? If arroyo guards him rondo will take their group aside yet whilst lebron or sumone else guards rondo there will be a mis adventure so iverson ought to do an greater activity at tha component shield and he's an greater scorer..

everywhere arroyo goes there is an attitude problem
he has being traded in eight occasions
in israel they pay him 2.5 million euros he was the final series mvp and they fired him
he doesn't play defense
he hughs the ball too much and doesn't fit with lebron and wade
after they fired him the heat broke a five game loosing streak
after boston signed him they lost two games in a row
what else???
