What time does the 2009 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade end at?
I know it starts at 9am but I'm looking for a rough time that it might finish at. Some girlfriends and I will be driving in from Canada and we're hoping we can catch the end of the parade! Thanks!

It usually ends around noon-- however, people wait in line to see the parade from the wee hours of the morning.
People come from all over the world to see this event. Generally around 250,000 people line up along the route.
Unless you get there really early in the morning, it's going to be hard to park or get near the parade route.
If you show up after it starts, you will spend more time parking and trying to make your way through the crowds, you will probably miss it even if your friend has an apartment overlooking the parade route.

I would say the parade ends around 12:00 or 1:00 pm. I hope this helps , have fun!
