Do you think she likes me?
A co-worker of mine smiles a lot more when I'm around, and when we all make fun of each other (and ourselves) she is quick to defend me. She also seems to lock eye contact with me sometimes when she laughs at my jokes. Going off of these little things, do you think she could like me?

There is about 100% chance that you like her! You are noticing every little thing she does. Obviously the signs are there for the both of you. You have a mutual attraction. Ask her out on a date and see where it leads from there. The attraction could be more friendly then anything. Make sure you don't get yourself into a relationship to quickly. Take it step by step and see where things lead. Since it already seems noticeable she likes you don't be afraid to ask her out on a date. Tell her you want to get to know her better. BUT DON'T get put in the friend category... let her know you want to be more than friends.

Maybe! It sounds like she does, especially if she does other things like going out of her way to talk to you, touching your arm, etc.
A lot of the time if you're wondering if she likes you, she probably does. Something's making you wonder it, right?
You have to be careful that if you hope she likes you, that you don't start reading too much in to her actions though. Wait a while and see what happens, or flirt a bit more obviously and see how she responds.

Was that even a question? Of course she likes you. It's written all over her face. However, if you like her back DO NOT jump into it. She'll reject you. My advice, at work never EVER flirt or like someone. It'll cost you either your job or her job. It's just very unprofessional. However, if you can't help it, like I said take things slowly. Oh and get back to work.... Lol....
