I DON'T GO TO SALONS VERY OFTEN AND I WANT TO GET MY HAIR CUT SHORT AND STYLED, PREFERABLY SOME ONE FAMILIAR WITH BLACK HAIR CARE. I WANT TO GET SOME OPINIONS OF PLACES OTHERS HAVE TRIED.

yelp.com is good for finding good hair salons. its good for finding good restaurants, and stores and everything too. I just typed in "Hair Salon" "Atlanta, GA" and here are some of the ones that got great reviews...

just look through the reviews and see if any one says "i have short black hair and sally did a great job on it" and then call up the hair salon and ask for an appointment with "sally" or whoever. :P
